The Coast is Back
Back in February I sent out an email to say that Peregrine Coast Press was taking a break. Well I did, I ran a big Kickstarter (that is still ruining my life btw, because writing is hard af), started a new job, moved house, started making music quite badly, got really into cycling, and so on.

Look, running a shop is quite fun actually. I like being able to pack all of these parcels, throw them on the back of my bike (I even bought a trailer), and go on weekly trips to the post office. I like seeing what gorgeous books I can get my hands on. And I love sharing those with anyone who happens upon the shop.
To that end, I made a big decision:

I moved into a studio! Peregrine Coast Press now has a space that isn't my bedroom! The lease on this place is for a year which means I have a year to fully give this a crack. If things don't work out within the year, I promise I'll properly stop giving myself gray hairs and just like... go do something else because clearly running a business is not my strong suit.
So, here's where we're at:
- I've given the shop a bit of a makeover and brought on some new stock.
- I've set up DDP again which means all EU folks get their taxes covered up front for faster and cheaper delivery without nasty surprises down the line.
- Now that I have all this space again, I can resume handling fulfilment for folks! If you've got a project coming up and want a hand with shipping it out, get in touch 😄
As thanks for still being here, have a 10% discount code:

And what can you expect to find when you're there? Well crikey, glad you asked.

It's really important to me to make PCP really stand on its own with a strong aesthetic and appreciate for the form these books come in: I want people to be able to close their eyes, scroll down, and pick a book knowing that, not only is it going to be a really high-quality piece of RPG goodness but also a really fucking fancy book. So far I have exposed bindings, Swiss bindings, Pantones, Ordnance Survey maps, even a pink thread-bound book, and so much more on the way.
If you're Leeds-based, you can even come pick up your order directly from my studio or, if you're close enough, have me cycle it over to you.
